We teach a non-traditional style that embodies the Essence of Yoga
Our style is a culmination of over 20 years of studying and practicing different styles of Yoga, to where we are now - mainly inspired by Forrest Yoga, developed by Ana T. Forrest, because of its deep medicinal effect.
Each of our classes includes techniques that help students learn and practice skills to regulate their nervous system and shed disease causing stress. Using Asana (poses), Pranayama (breath) and Mindfulness practices, we help you UNITE Mind, Body and Spirit into the present moment; thus, giving you a sense of having returned home to the centered, wise, calm, intuitive, strong, unique, limitless and Divine Creative Being that you truly are.

Ana adapted traditional Yoga styles for today’s body and mind, with the understanding that our modern lifestyle - now more sedentary, with higher stress and greater mental stimulation - is vastly different to the Indians’ lifestyle of thousands of years ago.

Changed Alignments and sequencing of poses to reduce risk of injury, down-regulate stress and improve strength and flexibility.
Developed unique foundational practices to improve breath capacity, strengthen core, free up and stabilize shoulder girdles and release tight backs and hips.
Emphasises the Breath as our greatest tool for transformation - opening the breath capacity and using it for presence, mindfulness, core strengthening and building Prana - deepening into Asana and into Self.
